Kiyomizu Summary 2025
At the end I wanted to end the year with the Lineage II server but that will have to wait for a bit more, i've been keeping running it for several days in a row making sure nothing breaks in-game and i had to migrate the database twice because I had to do a crazy reformat on my MAIN LIVE system, to reorganize some logical volumes.
I had to do all that right in the eveninig of december 24th dont ask me why when i could have been drinking and eating.
But to be honest I wasn't in the mood for drinking this christmas I wanted to really take it easy and peacefully
But yeah dealing with volume groups and volumes isnt what i was expecting of a peaceful night, but well IT WAS FIXED!
Now I have 64GB RAM on this monster PC that is hosting the website, the PSO server, the lineage server, my daily life, and pretty much everyone all with 1 computer.
Let's wait for the memory crisis to go beyond and sell this memory and buy a proper studio apartment!!
Jokes aside, the PSOBB server continues working as usual and it's already entering it's 3rd year of operation, ive been handling this for 3 years already seriously??? for the eternal 0 player server because it's probably more cancelled than ever!!!
But we had some nice visitors this year as I wrote in previous posts and their feedback helped me greatly to improve the whole setup and make everything much more professional, fixed some important bugs in the game too, my redhat training helped a lot too. Maybe a new game will appear that we can host besides PSO?
Honestly I went from RF to Lineage back and forth as I love both games to be hosted here but considering there's very little people available is difficult to open them but who knows.
If only they were self sufficient games like PSO that you can afford to play alone would be an entirely different story.
So well I continue breaking stuff on the background for learning and leave everything running as smoothly as it has been so far, we even have avoided all the cloudflare bans too!
There's a little service im testing in the lab which is a youtube scrapper very useful overall pickups all the videos you dont wanna miss and saves them in the SSD, it is a container application called Pinchflat i highly recommend it!

Alright I had to throw it all in the first post because i had a huge knot in my head....But these days have been insane with several ups and downs regarding the stuff happening in my home country.
Overall we are very happy as I've already mentioned, we really hope our lives improve a bit from now on but again this world is strange and we are not sure what's gonna happen during the rest of the year, but for sure it has started in a very explosive way....
Moreover, on my side I've been busy playing a lot of Dolls Frontline 2 to almost obsessive levels, since this game is very quiet overall kinda helped me to just disconnect for real and relax reading post apocalyptic stories with beautiful and crazy dolls.
Been talking a lot with the creatures these months and we've been having fun playing this game, this was the final surprise of last year and i'm super glad for that.
Considering that is not possible to talk about any topic on Discord now without me getting insta banned and kicked out of every single server I join lately due the usual butthurt trannycommie least there's a space to speak my mind a bit more freely besides this blog.
As for the rest of stuff, I'm still dreading the final certification exams that I still been unable to do because everyone decided to stop the world during this last Xmas, so we will see in the next couple of days how that plays out.
Overall, has been a very quiet end of 2025 and beginning of 2026 aboard the Elmo

If we rewind 26 years ago, in my case 20 years ago since I had to flee, my life in Europe has been quiet but plagued with constant struggle, mostly economic struggle, unable to keep afloat, lost many friendships because i had to ask for money for food many times. I had to lower myself I had to live in the streets, I had to humiliate myself over and over and over for food and resources.....
Several of those people left because they dont want to deal with poor ass people (when the also are 1 paycheck to end up like me at the time)
That's why I can't stand them anymore, the people want to see you poor.

In this day and age, People will do ABSOLUTELY anything in their hands to sabotage you to sabotage your plans, your dreams, and even your hopes and faith so you can strive for a better world for you.

And Let me tell you something before I wrap up this post to write another one.
Like it or not, the world is controlled and will be always controlled by empires, resistances and revolutionary movements always end up with everyone getting killed or in the extremelly rare cases...they end up in what they were fighting against...becoming and building empires.
